I love the community of the faculty and students, and how engaging the professors are and their passion for what they study. Only pluses are the amazing politics and theology faculty. Transferred out as a junior and do not regret it one bit.

For the value, I will say it's average just looking at the cost from the information I've been gathering. I think it's very comparable to all the other places. My mother has been in a 'Green House' for 9 months. My concerns are she is coherent and very communicative , with mild/moderate dementia yet she resides with residents none of whom are able to communicate. She is unable to engage nor make friends with any of the residents in this home which has led to severe feelings of isolation for her. When I visit, as I do often, I don't get the "home" feeling that the Greenhouse Project claims to provide.

Absolutely love the professors, they are great at what they do. A few issues with the bursar and academic advising, but got cleared up relatively quickly. Strong focus on the Catholic faith but it is not pushed in a way that makes non Catholics uncomfortable. High percentage of the student body are student athletes. The main negative is that it is a very small town and far from a large city so sometimes I get bored since the campus and town are both small. Ave is located in a great place, but was far if you like to drive to local places.
She also often played cards with her friends in a public living room area. There were many open spaces for the guests to be social. Her room was very nice, set up like a studio apartment with a sitting area, space for her bed, and a private bathroom.
